You can set the extension numbers freely, such as "1" "2" "3" for the reception phone, 1 or 11 or 111 to 2xx,3xx to 8xxx. The number can be same with different floors for a hotel, at the same time, you can set different numbers in different departments in a company.

※ INTERCOM CALL RESTRICTION
This feature is uniquely useful for hotels, such as the extension can not dial the number in other room, but can dial numbers like Reception, Service Station, Bar etc.

※ CALL DEPOSIT MANAGEMENT
When customers get checking in, they can put a deposit in their room number account, once the deposit is close to being finished, the system can automatically change the toll restriction class, such as restriction international call etc.

※ CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
This is the phone call billing and accounting. Most hotels need such features for check-in customer management.

※ FLEXIBLE CARDS CONFIGURATION
All The digital system is consist of layers. In each layer, the extension card, CO Trunk card, Tone card can be inserted freely in the different socket. Extensions/CO Trunk can be formerly at 50%/50% quantity.

※ WAKE-UP CALL
You can set a clock for room extension, at the same time, wakeup status information can be monitored by the web.

Making Call Feature

※ AUTO LEAST COST ROUTE
You can set 2groups and 1~9digit routing selection to different CO lines.

※ CALL BACK ON BUSY
The busy extension will call back automatically when it becomes idle.

※ ABBREVIATION DIALING
The system can save 99 abbreviated numbers.

※ WALKING ACCOUNT CODE
the User can make a call at any extension but billing charge counting on the code password.

※ EXTENSION LOCK
to lock the extension for private use, other parties can not use this extension dialing out without the password.

※ CALL INTERRUPT AND BARGE-IN
The manager extension can interrupt and insert into the conversation between Extension & External line.

※ RINGING ASSIGNMENT
You can set 4 extensions ringing for incoming calls

※ INTERCOM CALLING

※ CALL ON HOLD
An extension can hold the external line during the conversation. The line will be cut off after 3-minutes if not being retrieved.

※ PA BROADCASTING
You can make an announcement via external PA speakers.

※ EXCLUSIVE LINE
The external line can only be used by some specified extensions.

※ CO LINE/EXTENSIONS GROUP
CO Line group: extension can't use the external CO line in the different group.
Extension group: extension can't use the external CO line in the different group, and can not pick up the call in another group.

※ CALL DURATION CONTROL
The system will restrict the talking time for extension and send alarm tones.
